A Workshop to Support the Development of National Lighting Design Centers in the APEC Region will take place during the week of 2-6 September 2013 in Bangkok, Thailand

The US would like to invite EGEEC members to attend the Workshop to Support the Development of National Lighting Design Centers in the APEC Region (EWG 14/12A). The workshop will take place during the week of 2-6 September 2013 in Bangkok, Thailand. The workshop local host is King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT).

 

The workshop will bring together successful lighting design centers and leading researchers and government representatives from APEC member economies. It aims are both the presentation of best practices and the definition of the next steps forward in the development of national lighting design centers in APEC economies.

 

EGEEC members who are interested in this workshop, please send the nominations of participants and speakers, including CV, to Dr. Chanyaporn Chuntamara at KMUTT at and while copying the email to and before 22 July 2013.

 

The meeting is also open to the public; however, it should be noted that spaces for non-APEC representatives are limited.
